Richard Johns to Drive #25 Busch Series Entry for Remainder of Season

Mooresville, NC (September 17, 2007) – Team Rensi Motorsports announced today that Richard Johns, who has co-driven the team’s #25 entry in the NASCAR Busch Series with David Gilliland, will drive the car in the remaining events of the 2007 season, starting with this weekend’s event in Dover, DE. Dover will mark Johns’ ninth career start in the Busch Series.

“David Gilliland told us he needed to focus his efforts on the #38 Nextel Cup Series car, so this worked out well for everyone” said Team Rensi Motorsports President Ronnie Russell. “Richard’s done a great job in the car in the races he’s run, he and Todd (Brewer, crew chief) work really well together, he just needs more seat time, and this move will provide that.”

“I’ve really enjoyed working with FreeCreditReport.com and Team Rensi,” said Gilliland. “We both need to get a jump on the 2008 season. My stepping out of the FreeCreditReport.com car for the rest of the season will allow both of us to do that.”

“I said last year when we announced this program, that it was a dream come true,” said Johns. “Now it’s just gotten better. To have the opportunity to finish out the season and build towards next year is going to help all of us, the team and me as a driver. I can’t thank everyone at FreeCreditReport.com and Team Rensi enough for the confidence they’ve shown in me by giving me this opportunity.”
