Team Rensi Carries The Marines Logo With Pride On Memorial Day Weekend
Team Marines Racing holds a special place in its heart for The United States Marine Corps. The relationship began when the United States Marine Corp Recruiting Command used the No. 25 Team Rensi Motorsports Ford as a chief recruiting tool via a marketing partnership. From that long partnership, the team met many Marines and learned more about their traditions and work to keep our country safe.
When the marketing relationship ended in November 2006, Team Rensi Motorsports elected to continue to honor the Marine Corps by displaying the Eagle, Globe and Anchor logo on all their race cars. On this special Memorial Day Weekend, that famous logo will receive an even larger space on the Ford driven by former Team Marines driver Bobby Hamilton, Jr.
Team Rensi Vice President and 23 year US Marine veteran Rob Winchester is very proud of the association with the Marine Corps.
“With this race weekend being billed as a Salute to the Troops, we wanted to make sure the Marines were represented along with the other branches of the Armed Services. To this day our race team continues to thank the Marine Corps with a logo on our John Morrell Meats Ford Fusion."
Team Rensi Motorsports asks all race fans to take a moment this weekend to honor the men and women that have so proudly served our wonderful country.
